Everything went great, I received quick help with my issue, and the products are fantastic. I already have 15 HydroJugs at home, with another 4 on the way. I love the products and highly recommend them to everyone; plus, the customer service is friendly and solution-oriented. I’m obsessed with HydroJug😍 Thank you for existing🥰 You’re the best brand ever❤️🙏🏼

Store is clean and nice; cashier was super helpful and patient with all my questions! The bottles look to be well designed and the patterns are cute and hard to choose just one! Love the Mesa design!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m officially a HydroJug customer for life! I recently noticed mold in my lid and commented on one of HydroJug’s posts. They responded immediately and told me to contact customer service. I sent an email, and within no time they had sent me a code for a FREE replacement lid with FREE shipping. What impressed me even more was that I got to choose the lid I wanted. The matching color for my tumbler was out of stock, so I picked the newer lid that comes apart for easy cleaning and chose bright pink for my light pink tumbler. I absolutely LOVE the look of it! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. In comparison, when I had an issue with my Stanley right after purchasing it, I wasn’t offered any help. HydroJug made the entire process easy and hassle-free. Excellent customer service, a company that stands behind its products, and a cute new lid to top it off. Highly recommend! 💗🩷🥤

All of my items I’ve bought from HydroJug have been amazing. Their customer service is amazing. They’re great to their customers. They do giveaways. PR boxes. Fun mystery drops. They truly appreciate us as customers. This is what I got in the last mystery drop and am so happy.
